The Halls are refurbishing and extending a lovely house in West Hill, their first job was to sort a garden store and garage.
They extended and existing garage and added the store onto the side using block build. The Halls wanted a high quality build in keeping with the rest of their development but they wanted a soft feel to the cladding and were particularly keen on a product that was locally sourced.
They Chose locally grown Larch, cut in the Plym Valley and machined by a partner company with an overlap to stop any moisture ingress. The Larch gives a beautiful pinky red colour that over time will weather to a silver grey colour. It is particularly resilient to rot and infestation, which offers a very good looking end product which will last a good long time and at a more than reasonable price.
